September 8, 1901, the final liquidation of the church's debt of about $4,000. "It was an occasion worthy of commendation, for in what more appropriate manner could the opening of the new century be marked than by the cancellation of its indebtedness?"

1903, Dr. Isaac H. Bartholomew was organist and choir master until 1945, establishing for Holy Trinity an outstanding reputation in excellence of choir and organ music. He presented 125 recitals and in 1937 wrote a 50th Anniversary hymn, "Holy Trinity."

Sunday, November 20, 1904, reconsecration of the church to recognize a new two-manual pipe organ having 15 speaking stops and 884 speaking pipes. Built by Bates and Culley of Philadelphia. Also recognized new mural, new carpeting, rearrangement of pulpit furniture, and electric lighting in the church.

1904, Parish Notes congregation newsletter published, a project of the Young People's Guild.

June 1907, 20th Anniversary services recognized the organization of the congregation and the 20th anniversary of the Rev. Keiter’s installation.

November 9, 1909, the Rev. Keiter resigned to accept secetaryship (financial officer) position on the Board of Trustees of Muhlenberg
College.
