Christian Education and Youth Ministry is a way we can participate in Christ’s invitation to all men, women and children to join in God’s mission of restoring people to their true humanity by reconciling them to God and to one another. Christian education is mission. The ministry of education in the congregation is a theological as well as an educational endeavor. Christian education is a ministry of all the people of God. We are created to learn; we are deigned to develop. If Christian education is for mission, the results of learning will be ministry. If one learns to know Christ, the result will be willingness and ability to follow Christ.
